Lead Rescue provides automated lead follow-up software for UK businesses. When you use Lead Rescue to contact your own customers, you are the data controller and Lead Rescue acts as your data processor.
Account details (name, email), business profile details you provide, and the lead records you or your connected sources send us: name, phone, email, enquiry text, source, status and message history.
Lead Rescue is designed for responding to enquiries people have made to you. You must not use it to send marketing messages to contacts without an appropriate lawful basis or consent. Contacts marked Do Not Contact are excluded from all automated messaging.
Every automated message is recorded against the lead with its time, channel and sender type, so you can evidence what was sent and when.
You can export or delete your business data at any time from Settings. Deletion removes leads, conversations and events permanently.
Data is isolated per business, protected by row-level access rules, and API credentials are stored server-side only — never in your browser.
